Commercial Intelligence & Business Analytics

Turning fragmented market data into commercial decisions.

I build the analysis and the systems that decide where commercial effort goes — and I carry the bag in the field while doing it.

Business Analytics × Commercial Intelligence × Sales

About

Commercial execution, then the data.

I work at the intersection of business intelligence, commercial analytics and sales — using data and technology to turn business problems into better decisions and commercial opportunities.

I'm pursuing an MS in Business Analytics at the American University of Beirut, with hands-on work across SQL, Power BI, Python, predictive analytics, data pipelines, automation and applied AI.

What differentiates the path is the commercial half. I've prospected B2B accounts face to face, run a CRM pipeline, sold sponsorship and launched an e-commerce business. That's why my analytics work starts from a decision someone actually has to make, not from a dataset.

Commercial Intelligence OS

AI-Enabled Commercial Intelligence & Field Sales Decision Support System

Automating lead discovery only speeds up step one. A longer list doesn't tell a salesperson which door to knock on first, or which doors are worth walking between. This system resolves messy market data into a business universe, places it in real territories, and turns it into a week of field visits.

Selected projects

Analysis built around a decision.

Five projects across revenue management, customer analytics, healthcare, data engineering and applied AI. Each one names what it proved and what it didn't.

Predicting Hotel Cancellations

Hotels lose revenue to last-minute cancellations, but overbooking blind gets guests walked. Predict each reservation, then price the two errors against each other.

Moving the decision threshold from 0.50 to 0.55 recovered $10,620 more modelled profit — optimising for margin, not accuracy.

Customer Analytics × Predictive Modeling

Predicting Digital Disengagement

In a multi-SIM market, a silent customer may be switching handsets or may already be gone. The operator needs to tell those apart before revenue drops.

Built as an early-warning problem rather than a scoring exercise: the model was selected on its ability to catch customers before they go silent.

Ready for Winter?

Pneumonia is predictable to the week and preventable by known means. The question is whether the health system is positioned before the peak arrives.

The regional influenza signal peaks in week 7, giving a nine-week mobilisation window — while childhood DTP3 coverage fell from about 83% to below 50%.

Career Transition Data Pipeline

Skill demand is scattered across job boards, occupational standards and macro indicators. No single source tells a student what to learn or where to go.

93 of 133 demanded skills matched to O*NET technology entries, 54 of them flagged Hot Technology by the US Department of Labor.

Grounded Documentation Agent

ERP documentation fails in one direction: it asserts controls the configured system does not enforce. The agent has to refuse to write those claims.

A 19-rule deterministic validator sits between the model and the document — every implementation claim resolves to evidence, or it does not get published.
